Who We Are
AWC (Arceneaux, Wilson & Cole, LLC) is a multidisciplinary engineering, surveying, and mapping firm serving municipalities, industrial clients, and developers across Southeast Texas and the Gulf Coast. For over 30 years, our licensed engineers, surveyors, and mapping professionals have delivered complex infrastructure from FEMA-funded disaster recovery programs and USACE-permitted waterway crossings to major water system upgrades and industrial site development earning long-term trust from clients including the City of Port Arthur, City of Galveston, and Cheniere LNG.
Engineering
From master drainage plans and $69M wastewater system overhauls to road reconstruction and industrial site development, AWC's experienced engineering team delivers infrastructure solutions across the full project lifecycle including planning, design, permitting, and construction administration.
Surveying
AWC's surveying team provides boundary, topographic, construction, and control surveys for projects of any scale. Our Gulf Coast expertise spans USACE levee surveys, LiDAR acquisition over large corridors, stockpile quantities and resource management, residential surveys, and ongoing subsidence monitoring programs for major energy clients.
Mapping
We deliver high-accuracy geospatial products including aerial drone surveys, LiDAR point clouds, GIS data management, and easement plats. Our mapping capabilities support engineering design, regulatory compliance, site monitoring, quantity tracking, and long-term asset management across the region.
Our History
AWC was founded in the Gulf Coast community and has grown into a full-service firm with deep roots across Southeast Texas. Over more than three decades, we have built lasting client relationships through consistent delivery on complex, grant-funded projects, coordinating with clients and agencies such as FEMA, the Texas Water Development Board, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Texas General Land Office on programs ranging from Hurricane Harvey disaster recovery to major industrial water supply infrastructure. Today, AWC's team of engineers, surveyors, and mapping professionals brings both technical depth and regional knowledge to every project we take on as we leverage our great depth of experience for total project success with all of our clients.
