AWC provided comprehensive surveying, design, and construction project management services for the Terminal Road Elevated Tank & Pump Station project. Valued at approximately $7.584 million, this initiative serves the demands of Cheniere Energy Inc. to support them during peak flow periods. The scope of the project encompasses the construction of a new 2.5-million-gallon elevated tank, supported by a pile-supported structural foundation, featuring two intermediate floors. Additionally, the project includes the installation of four booster pumps, electrical facilities, and controls, along with internal piping for seamless automatic operation of the booster pumps. The facility boasts a fully equipped office space with restroom facilities situated on the second floor, catering to the operational needs of the City staff.

To ensure operational resilience, a standby generator has been integrated into the design to power the booster pumps during adverse weather conditions. Furthermore, hydropneumatic tanks have been strategically incorporated to mitigate surge effects on the distribution piping serving Pleasure Island. Through meticulous planning and execution, AWC has played a pivotal role in delivering a state-of-the-art infrastructure solution that not only meets but exceeds the operational requirements and expectations of the client.
